21:20-- Host_4218: Discover our selection of the most beautiful pieces by Ludovico Einaudi to play on the piano. You can find all the sheet music for these pieces, with the fingering, on the Tomplay app, and on the website! Ludovico Einaudi became famous thanks to his light and rhythmic music. Recognized as one of the best composers of our time, the work of this Italian pianist (born in Turin) has delighted a loyal and ever-growing audience for over twenty years. He has risen to the top by creating many albums in a variety of styles from classical to electronic music, playing to sold-out venues in the world's most famous concert halls, and writing award-winning film music. His compositions are meditative and often introspective. It was his mother who introduced him to the piano when he was young. His father, Giulio Einaudi, is the publisher and founder of the Einaudi publishing house, and his grandfather, Luigi Einaudi, was President of Italy from 1948 to 1955. In 1982, Ludovico Einaudi graduated in composition from the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory of Music in Milan. He then received a scholarship to the Tanglewood Festival in the United States and continued his musical studies with the composer Luciano Berio. After spending several years composing the traditional way, in 1986 he began to search for a freer and more personal musical language. It was in the 1990s that his career took off with his first successful recording, Le Onde. While the piece is written in F minor, the harmonies move between major and minor. Along with the layers of rhythmic texture, we can really imagine nuvole bianche (white clouds) moving across the sky. In June 2016, Ludovico Einaudi teamed up with Greenpeace to perform a concert in the Arctic Circle in order to support a campaign for a marine sanctuary in the international waters of the North Pole, and to raise awareness about melting glaciers and rising sea levels. He first performed Elegy for the Arctic, a song composed especially for the occasion, on a floating platform in the Arctic Ocean in front of the Wahlenbergbreen glacier in Svalbard, an archipelago in Norway. "Playing there, it felt like I was playing for the gods," he said. The composer's performance is accompanied by the sound of ice blocks breaking and falling into the water. This marked a magical yet solemn moment for the campaign, which was designed to protect one of the most endangered places on the planet (which we all depend on). Play the piano sheet music for Elegy for the Arctic with Tomplay, available for solo piano. Take advantage of the professional recording of the piece, synchronized with the sheet music, to listen to simply for pleasure or for inspiration! In 2006, Ludovico Einaudi released his most ambitious and best-selling album to date: Divenire. In it, the composer brought together many musical styles and enhanced them with the help of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and a range of digital effects. Performing with the orchestra in those spectacular surroundings was an extremely intense experience. I felt as if I were in a stream tumbling down a mountainside, not only immersed in it but an actual part of that unstoppable rush of water (...). Since that experience, I have done many other things, but have always thought that sooner or later I would develop the idea and expand it." The album became a phenomenon upon its release, topping the classical music charts across Europe and taking the Italian pop charts by storm. Einaudi then embarked on his largest tour to date, with eighty concerts across Europe, finishing off with his unforgettable performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Divenire, the main piece of this album, is one of his most beautiful compositions. It is a whirlwind piece of energy and emotion, which naturally rises and falls continuously. It captivates us without ever making us lose interest in the story that the notes tell. Divenire opens with a simple melody in the right hand, supported by an orchestral ostinato in the left. Once again, Einaudi uses minimalism to create the driving energy of the piece. The chords develop into repeated but enriched motifs, until the dramatic and introspective ending. Play the piano sheet music for Divenire with Tomplay, available for solo piano. Make the most of the separate hands feature to practice with one hand, accompanied by the high-quality recording of the other hand. Una Mattina is another famous composition by Einaudi that can be heard in the film The Intouchables. It is part of the 2004 album of the same name, released prior to Divenire, and includes pieces for piano and cello. This piece is played in the last scene of the film, a marvelous accompaniment to an intense and moving moment. The composition begins with a consistent rhythm, which is very typical of Einaudi, followed by an expressive melody in the right hand. Experience was released in 2013 on the album In a Time Lapse. Two days before its release, Einaudi performed some of the album's tracks, including Experience, live from his home in Milan for his YouTube channel. When examining the piece, we can see the build-up of power in the music: after a short introduction, the melody slowly develops in the right hand. Semi-quavers then appear in both hands, which contribute to the grandeur of the piece. After a short break, the energetic rhythm of the composition takes over. «link» cc7c31b456 gerajar

Learn more about how Cisco is using Inclusive Language. This document describes a new feature in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Version 10.0(1) that enables the bulk reset of Identity Trust List (ITL) files on Cisco Unified IP Phones. The bulk ITL reset feature is used when phones no longer trust the ITL file signer and also cannot authenticate the ITL file provided by the TFTP service locally or with the use of the Trust Verification Service (TVS). This feature is not intended to move phones between clusters; for that task, use one of the methods described in Migrating IP Phones Between Clusters with CUCM 8 and ITL Files. The ITL reset operation is used only to reestablish trust between IP phones and the CUCM cluster when they have lost their trust points. Another security-related feature available in CUCM Version 10.0(1) that is not covered in this document is the Tokenless Certficate Trust List (CTL). The Tokenless CTL replaces the hardware USB security tokens with a software token used in order to enable encryption on the CUCM servers and endpoints. For additional information, refer to the IP Phone Security and CTL (Certificate Trust List) document. When phones are in a locked or untrusted state, they do not accept the ITL file or TFTP configuration provided by the TFTP service. Any configuration change that is contained in the TFTP configuration file is not applied to the phone. Some examples of settings that are contained in the TFTP configuration file are: If any of these settings are changed for a phone on the CCM Admin page and, after the phone is reset, the changes do not take effect, the phone might not trust the TFTP server. Another common symptom is when you access the corporate directory or other phone services, the message Host Not Found displays. In order to verify that the phone is in a locked or untrusted state, check the phone status messages from the phone itself or the phone web page in order to see if a Trust List Update Failed message displays. The ITL Update Failed message is an indicator that the phone is in a locked or untrusted state beacuse it has failed to authenticate the trust list with its current ITL and failed to authenticate it with TVS. CUCM Version 10.0(1) uses an additional key that can be used in order to reestablish trust between phones and the CUCM servers. This new key is the ITL Recovery key. The ITL Recovery key is created during the install or upgrade. This recovery key does not change when hostname changes, DNS changes, or other changes are performed that might lead to problems where the phones get into a state where they no longer trust the signer of their configuration files. The new utils itl reset CLI command can be used in order to reestablish trust between a phone or phones and the TFTP service on CUCM when phones are in a state where the Trust List Update Failed message is seen. The utils itl reset command: The administrator must then reset all of the phones. The reset causes the phones to request the ITL file upon boot up from the TFTP server and the ITL file the phone receives is signed by the ITLRecovery key instead of the callmanager.pem private key. There are two options to run an ITL reset: utils itl reset localkey and utils itl reset remotekey. The ITL reset command can only be run from the publisher. If you issue an ITL reset from a subscriber, it results in the This is not a Publisher Node message. Examples of each command are detailed in the next sections. If you view the ITL file with the show itl command before you issue an ITL reset command, it shows that the ITL contains an ITLRECOVERY_ entry. Every ITL file that is served by any TFTP server in the cluster contains this ITL recovery entry from the publisher. The output of the show itl command is taken from the publisher in this example. The token used in order to sign the ITL is in bold: If you view the ITL file with the show itl command after you perform an ITL reset, it shows that the ITLRecovery entry has signed the ITL as shown here. The ITLRecovery remains the signer of the ITL until the TFTP is restarted, at which time the callmanager.pem or TFTP certificate is used in order to sign the ITL again. In addition to the ITL reset capability, CUCM Version 10.0(1) includes administrator features that help prevent phones from entering an untrusted state. The two trust points the phone has are the TVS certificate (TVS.pem) and the TFTP certificate (callmanager.pem). In the simplest environment with only one CUCM server, if an administrator regenerates the callmanager.pem certificate and the TVS.pem certificate one right after another, the phone resets and upon bootup displays the Trust List Update Failed message. Even with an automatic device reset sent from CUCM to the phone due to a certificate contained in the ITL that is regenerated, the phone can enter a state where it does not trust CUCM. In order to help prevent the scenario where multiple certificates are regenerated at the same time (typically hostname change or DNS domain name modifications), CUCM now has a hold timer. When a certificate is regenerated, CUCM prevents the administrator from regenerating another certificate on the same node within five minutes of the previous certificate regeneration. This process causes the phones to be reset upon regenerating the first certificate, and they should be back up and registered before the next certificate is regenerated. Regardless of which certificate is generated first, the phone has its secondary method to authenticate files. Additional details about this process can be found in Communications Manager Security By Default and ITL Operation and Troubleshooting. The publisher ITL recovery key is the only one in use by the entire cluster, even though each node has its own ITLRecovery certificate issued to the Common Name (CN) of ITLRecovery_. The publisher ITLRecovery key is the only one used in the ITL files for the entire cluster as seen from the show itl command. This is why the only ITLRecovery_ entry seen in an ITL file contains the hostname of the publisher. If the hostname of the publisher is changed, the ITLRecovery entry in the ITL continues to show the old hostname of the publisher. This is done intentionally because the ITLRecovery file should never change to ensure the phones always trust the ITL recovery. This applies for when domain names are changed too; the original domain name is seen in the ITLRecovery entry in order to ensure that the recovery key does not change. The only time the ITLRecovery certificate should change is when it expires due to the five-year validity and must be regenerated. The ITL recovery keypairs can be regenerated with either the CLI or the OS Administration page. IP phones are not reset when the ITLRecovery certificate is regenerated on the publisher or any of the subscribers. Once the ITLRecovery certificate has been regenerated, the ITL file does not update until the TFTP service is restarted. After ITLRecovery certificate regeneration on the publisher, restart the TFTP service on every node that runs the TFTP service in the cluster in order to update the ITLRecovery entry in the ITL file with the new certificate. The final step is to reset all devices from System > Enterprise Parameters and to use the reset button in order to make all devices download the new ITL file that contains the new ITLRecovery certificate. The ITL Recovery key is required in order to recover phones when they enter an untrusted state. Due to this, new Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) alerts are generated daily until the ITL Recovery key is backed up. A Disaster Recovery System (DRS) backup does not suffice to stop the alerts. Although a backup is recommended in order to save the ITL Recovery key, a manual backup of the key file is needed as well. In order to back up the recovery key, log in to the CLI of the publisher and enter the file get tftp ITLRecovery.p12 command. An SFTP server is needed in order to save the file to as shown here. Subscriber nodes do not have an ITL recovery file, so if you issue the file get tftp ITLRecovery.p12 command on a subscriber, it results in file not found. Until the manual backup is performed from the CLI in order to back up the ITLRecovery.p12 file, a warning is printed in the CiscoSyslog (Event Viewer - Application Log) every day as shown here. A daily email might also be received until the manual backup is performed if email notification is enabled from the OS Administration page, Security > Certificate Monitor. While a DRS backup contains the ITLRecovery, it is recommended to still store the ITLRecovery.p12 file in a safe location in case the backup files are lost or corrupted or in order to have the option to reset the ITL file without the need to restore from a backup. If you have the ITLRecovery.p12 file from the publisher saved, it also allows the publisher to be rebuilt without a backup with the use the DRS restore option to restore the database from a susbcriber and reestablish trust between the phones and CUCM servers by resetting the ITL with the utils itl reset remotekey option. «link» cc7c31b456 geortaka
21:16-- Host_8843: IGN's Dying Light 2 complete strategy guide and walkthrough will lead you through every step of Dying Light 2 from the title screen to the final credits, including every collectible location, boss strategy and more. Set many years after the first game, Dying Light 2 follows a man named Aiden Caldwell on his search for his lost sister and the man who experimented on them both. Wandering the world as a "Pilgrim" after the zombie virus that devestated Harran expanded across the globe, Aiden's search has led him to the walled city of Villedor, a place that was initially spared from the virus, until scientists within the city let the virus escape. This walkthrough will direct you through all of the main story missions in Villedor, and include directions to parkour to your destination, tips on the enemies you'll fight, puzzles you'll solve - and point out any special chests, containers, and collectibles you might find along the way - like the important GRE Inhibitor Containers used to increase your health and stamina. Dying Light 2 also includes lots of side content not immediately covered in the main walkthrough, including many Side Quests - which you can see a list of here, as well as lore collectibles like Mementos and Tapes. IGN's Dying Light 2 Walkthrough is presented by the story missions you undertake. Despite being forced to make several choices in your conversations with the people of Villedor, and finding yourself in the middle of several warring factions, Aiden's story will progress in mostly the same path regardless of your decisions - barring a few important choices you will have to make at times. A few of these choices will unlock alternate main story mission depending on who you side with, or you may find a character's fate may be different. These choices and outcomes will be highlighted for you, with outcomes displayed behind a spoiler filter should you wish to see potential consequences. The walkthrough will also point out all Inhibitor Containers that have been placed along the main story path, and all collectibles can be obtained after the story concludes, thanks to a post-game section. AHH! I finally logged back on after 3 months and I've gotta say, after waiting 2 years I'm so so SO excited to get to play this game in all its glory. Phenomenal work, and I'm so proud of everything you've done. Thank you so so so so so SO much!!!! 1. I was wondering if there was any one to completely start the game over again, in a way that would not let me skip things I have previously read, also because i have noticed that the game does allow the character to carry over previously acquired clothes and such which i think is a cool feature but sometimes i would like a clean slate I wanna thank every single person who created this wonderful game. A tense atmosphere, a dark and complex world, interesting and mature (for a change) characters, wonderful models and backgrounds, even animation... - everything is perfect. I really enjoy playing this game. But in this barrel of honey there are a few drops of tar...1. CG should be a reward for the game traveler. Something that you really wanna find and spent a bit time to enjoy... But CG in this game are really poor quality. The models of characters made so lovingly and so detailed that you expect something similar from the CG, but it looks more like sketches rather than finished projects..2. Elf have their own language. I'm not really familiar with Elven language from other sources, maybe it's the same... For example, Lacey calls MC "mysao'ra" (written differently in different fragments). I think this is something like... darling or my love... But I don't know for sure. So... would be nice to have a dictionary.3. And the endings... I used to see titles of the endings. A bad or good ending should mean something for the gamer. To understand is it the best option or you should play again and try to find something better... And, as a result, 1 and 3... It should be the Gallery of endings and CG. I'm totally in love with this game! The plot, the ART, the characters, all of it is so well made! The relations feel real, and so do the conflicts. Its rare to find a game who sucefully develop so many characters with different personalitys WITHOUT falling in genre conventions. And I have to say, the plot twists really got me from time to time xD Hi! I've only just started the game, and the plot is very interesting, and the art is wonderful. My only critic at the moment is I wish there was a bit more variety with the romanceable characters, they look very similar to each other in all aspects (pale skin, haircuts, etc), i'm guessing it's because of the plot, but I wish there was a bit of differences still. Im really loving the game so far though! omg i checked your tumblr to see if it's ready and i'm so so excited! expect a long review after i'm finished haha! congratulations, i'm so happy you finished it. it's amazing that you're giving it us for free after all your hard work ok so cheesy part first: Vadeyn stole my heart the first moment I laid my eyes on him. HE IS SUCH A PURE AND PRECIOUS BOY AND I WILL PROTECT HIM. I'm literally in love, so is my mc. All I'm doing these days is sketching him, dreaming about him and just being in frigging love. Now moving on to the technical part. As I said in the past, this game is just amazing, brilliant, beautiful and perfect. Just perfect. From the art, to the writing, to the characters and UI, to the slight smooth animation and all the choices. The skill system, the character customization, just everything- is done so good that it's hard to describe just how. So I want to start off with just saying that unlike almost everyone else here, I came into this game completely blind. I never knew about your project and just happened to stumble across it from englishotomegames.com on the 17th of November. The concept seemed interesting and the art looked good. (I'm one of those shallow players that even if the story is good I can't really enjoy the VN if the art is bad.) Hoo boy was I in for a treat. Like I said, I went in 100% blind so I had NO idea who was supposed to be the "bad guy", who were the love interests, how many love interests there were, what type of choices (or the fact that there would be choices at all), NOTHING. On my initial play through I thought Lacey was going to be the throw away lackey character, Rylen was going to be a LI, Ernol I suspected to be a villian, Haron the guy who betrays you (but regrets it later and comes back to the light side), and Duliae the supportive but still underhanded background character. The only one I actually managed to get right was Vadeyn as the noble sacrifice guy. I think because of my misconceptions about most of the cast I was really able to enjoy Ebon Light as a unique experience that was much different from other visual novels or otome games. There was a lot of stuff I wasn't expecting - Haron "rescuing" the MC (is this guy serious...?), the "flirting" between Lacey and MC (attempting to agitate him and failing, multiple times, only for him to believe I'm flirting with him and being ok(?) with it), Vadeyn's sisters and (possibly Cali) shipping the MC with him and him getting embarrassed, were some things on my first play through that jumped out. There's actually a lot of other stuff I wanted to point out that I really enjoyed but I fear my post was way too long and just rambled. I had to go back and delete it just so I could try to remain more focused. I have to say that it's very impressive you did this all on your own, and I think it really shows in the world of Ebon Light that you as a dev had a lot of limitations and worked with them. It's a shame because I think honestly, your world building is superb and with more resources you would have a really immersive world right up there with some of the bigger gaming companies. I know you said you are done with EL for now and are eager to move on to other projects since you've worked on this one for so long, but I hope in the future you will revisit this game and expand on it a little further. There is a lot that was teased or briefly mentioned and I found myself wondering about it. I do wish there was an dictionary of some sort for all the elven language we come across in the game. I thought Lacey's pet name for the MC was him being mean/teasing the same way he called her rabbit. I tried googling it to see what it meant but I didn't get any results. It wasn't until I saw Haron and Ernol use it on their routes that I saw it was actually affectionate. There was some other questions about characters back stories or general lore I also had questions about that I wish were expanded upon. There's actually a lot of details I found about EL outside of the game from looking at old comments and posts from a few years back. Not sure if it the case of things changing to fit a better narrative for the story or if things got cut in order to control the scope of the game. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and wasn't expecting myself to become this addicted to an indy game. For two weeks now I've been playing this game for hours every day and googling whatever I can trying to learn more. Really, it's too generous of you to have this game for free and I hope anyone that says they are a fan will support you with a donation. Between your storytelling and your art, I think its easy to say you have a gift. If you do decide to make anymore games, I'm sure they will just as good or better than EL, and I'm sure there are plenty of people that would really enjoy the games you make. You did a great job. After so much time waiting for the full game to be released after being left beyond intrigued and wanting more from the demo - you cannot possibly imagine my reaction when I saw your post announcing that the game was finally out. I have spent hours and hours playing through different choices and different love interest's paths, every time finding something new leaving me so happy and appreciative of the work and time you have put into the details, offering variety so a new play through doesn't become repetitive after we finish the game. (I think getting to call Laceaga ''Lacey'' was the best possible choice we could possibly make in the game.) «link» cc7c31b456 somacha
21:15-- Host_9241: This comes after a Liberal Democrats analysis claimed that sewage had been dumped into waters containing shellfish 29,000 times last year in the UK and the longest sewage dump of 5000 hours took place in Morecambe Bay. "The figures are a total of storm overflow spills at multiple sites around Lancashire and Cumbria which feed into river catchments which could potentially have an impact on Morecambe South bathing water. The North West coastline has seen billions of pounds of water company investment over the last 30 years meaning that bathing waters are now cleaner than they have ever been. Across the region, 93% of bathing waters were classified as Good or Excellent in 2021 and all met the designated minimum standards. Ms Smith wanted to know if water quality tests had been carried out following these incidents and asked how often raw sewage was discharged into the bay and if there were any plans to reduce or stop these discharges. "At Morecambe Wastewater Treatment Works, we are upgrading the existing treatment process so that it uses the latest technologies and ensures the effluent leaving the works meets Environment Agency standards," said a spokesperson for United Utilities. "We plan to build two large storm water storage tanks and new pumps at Schola Green pumping station and update the wastewater treatment works at Morecambe. We also plan to lay a new 7km sewer pipe between the two sites. "We need to make these improvements to our wastewater treatment to reduce how often storm water spills from the sewers and help ensure that the coastal waters at Morecambe Bay comply with the new European Union bathing water standards." Landfills are the oldest known method of waste disposal. In a landfill, waste is dumped into dug out pits and covered, allowing for bacteria to decompose the waste over several decades. Landfill mining is the process of excavating material from these sites to process it for reuse. Construction landfills are relatively simple to mine, as they hold a limited number of materials such as wood, scrap metal, gypsum, bricks tiles and concrete. Industrial landfills are high-value, often containing residue from the production of valuable minerals like copper, zinc and steel. Ferrous metals from these excavations can be extracted using a magnet and taken to a ferrous metal recycling facility to be turned into new metal. Mining municipal landfills offer more complications, as they contain a much more varied selection of solid wastes, some of which may be toxic. It is possible to successfully mine both old landfills that have previously been capped to entomb the waste and modern bioreactor landfills. Biodegradable waste can be sieved out, leaving the non-biodegradable waste accessible for sorting. Whilst some of the materials recovered will not be of as high quality as their initially recycled counterparts, this method of scrap metal recycling allows for the reclamation of high-value metals which retain their original properties. Not only do landfills take up a lot of space, but they are increasingly dangerous to the environment. As waste sits inside landfills and slowly decomposes, methane gas is released, contributing heavily to global warming and climate change. The degraded quality of the soil surrounding landfills can also negatively impact vegetation and the ecosystem. Whilst modern sanitary landfills have taken steps to alleviate the impact of waste disposal, many non-sanitary landfills are negatively impacting the environment. Landfill mining is a method of mitigating the harmful effects of these landfills whilst also reclaiming useable material like scrap metal. The more scrap metal that can be recovered from landfills, the less we need to extract from virgin ore, further reducing emissions and pollution. An excavator or front-end loader is used to uncover the landfill materials and move them onto a conveyor belt, where they are taken to sorting machinery called a trommel. The trommel separates the materials by size, removing large materials like appliances and fabrics. A smaller trommel is then used to allow biodegraded soil fraction to pass through, leaving behind non-biodegradable, recyclable materials. Ferrous metals can be extracted using an electromagnet from this remaining material, and non-ferrous materials will be taken away for further sorting. Both non-ferrous and ferrous metals that have been reclaimed from landfill sites can then be sent on to a scrap metal recycling facility, where there are further sorted, shredded and shipped to mills to be melted down and transformed into new sheets of metal. The new metal produced from this reclaimed scrap metal almost always possesses the same strength and properties as metal created from mined ore and plays a vital role in a sustainable future. We hope this article provided some insight into one of the lesser discussed avenues from which scrap metal can be reclaimed. Here at Morecambe Metals, we recycle scrap metal from all industries, and we understand that there is value in scrap metal, no matter where it has come from. XMT differs from its full-size medical counterpart in that it is only used to scan small inanimate specimens (from millimetres to a few centimetres), it takes longer, and whereas with medical CT the X-ray system rotates about the patient, with XMT it is the specimen that rotates. In dentistry, we use XMT in research, where we can scan extracted human teeth and precisely map the mineral concentration in three dimensions. This enables us to study the way that teeth lose mineral under acid attack, and where possible, test experimental methods of reversing the process. Although most of the focus of our facility is on tooth and bone samples, we are often approached by researchers in quite diverse fields with enquiries about the feasibility of scanning some other type of specimen. My colleague, David Mills, and I had, on occasion, discussed the possibility of detecting and imaging the silver content of black and white films, but it was not until TV archiving expert Charles Norton came to us with another of those bizarre requests that we actually put this to the test. Charles then told me how a 16mm film copy of the second episode of the Morecambe and Wise show had turned up in an archive in Nigeria. In hot, humid conditions it was suffering from advanced vinegar syndrome and fit only for the skip. But this was the only remaining copy since the episodes were originally stored on video tape, long since erased, and such film copies were only made for overseas use. Charles had heard of our work with scrolls and asked if anything could be done. Not wishing to turn down a challenge, we set to work. Early experiments with very short rolls of film (only a few centimetres in diameter) yielded surprising and spectacular results. But there was a fundamental snag; to go from these tiny sample rolls to something 30-40 cm in diameter would require a phenomenal increase in X-ray exposure (probably enough to incinerate the film) and an X-ray detector with inconceivably high resolution and dynamic range. Even to get close to having something like this would take millions in funding and years to develop, by which time the film would be soup. Even then, we could never come close to having something that would scan the whole film; the laws of physics just would not allow it. So after back-of-the-envelope feasibility calculations I broke the bad news to Charles and told him that there was no way it could be done, unless we chopped the reel into small pieces and scanned each piece individually. To my surprise, Charles immediately agreed to this proposal (even though I had not been terribly serious) since the alternative was to dump the film or watch it decay into a black sticky mess. We used a laser cutter to avoid mechanical disturbance and piece by piece scanned the first eight minutes worth of film. We then cut more blocks towards the centre of the reel to give us snapshots of the remaining footage. Each block gave us a 3D data set, which we could virtually slice through to see layers of film (like cutting through a swiss roll lengthways). With a few days programming, I was able to start manually flattening out the images to get my first glimpses of Eric and Ernie in action. I even managed to semi-automate the process, before conceding that this was simply taking too much time away from my primary research. So when Adam Wiewiorka from BBC R&D came up with an idea for fully automating the process, I handed over the reins and let him work his magic. The images recovered were distorted and damaged, mostly by the vinegar syndrome, but a few by the laser-cutting. Nevertheless, we had jointly succeeded in bringing these images back from the dead, which gave us all something to smile about. «link» cc7c31b456 opalnic

21:08-- Host_3408: The Case Closed anime series, known as Meitantei Conan (名探偵コナン, lit. Great Detective Conan, officially translated as Detective Conan) in its original release in Japan, is based on the manga series of the same name by Gosho Aoyama. It was localized in English as Case Closed by Funimation due to unspecified legal problems.[1] The anime is produced by TMS Entertainment and Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation with the directors being Kenji Kodama, Yasuichiro Yamamoto, Masato Satō, Kōjin Ochi, and Nobuharu Kamanaka.[2] The series follows the teenage detective Jimmy Kudo, who transforms into a child after being poisoned with APTX 4869 by the Black Organization. Now named Conan Edogawa and living with the Moores, Conan solves murders during his daily life as he awaits the day to defeat the Black Organization. Case Closed premiered on January 8, 1996 on Yomiuri TV, Nippon Television and their affiliates in Japan and is currently ongoing.[3] It has aired over 1100 episodes in Japan making it the fifteenth longest running anime series. In 2010, Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation began making the episodes available for video on demand.[4][5] The anime spun off theatrical films, two OVA series and a TV special titled Lupin the 3rd vs Detective Conan, these spin offs were created with the same staff and cast as the anime series. The theme music supplier for the series was initially Universal Music Group, whom released the first two openings and ending theme songs, and is currently Being Incorporated.[6][7] In 2003, the first 104 episodes were licensed by Funimation for distribution in North America under the name Case Closed where it debuted on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block on May 24, 2004,[8] no more than 50 episodes were licensed from Funimation due to low ratings.[9] The Canadian channel YTV picked up the Case Closed series and broadcast 22 episodes between April 7, 2006, and September 2, 2006, before taking it off the air.[10] Funimation made the series available with the launch of the Funimation Channel in November 2005 and was temporarily available on Colours TV during its syndication with the Funimation Channel.[11][12] Funimation began streaming Case Closed episodes on their website in March 2013.[13] A separate English adaptation of the series by Animax Asia premiered in the Philippines on January 18, 2006, under the name Detective Conan.[14][15] Because Animax were unable to obtain further TV broadcast rights, their version comprised 52 episodes. The series continued with reruns until August 7, 2006, when it was removed from the station.[16][17] Meitantei Conan has also been localized in other languages such as French, German, and Italian.[18][19][20] As of 2018, the Detective Conan anime has been broadcast in 40 countries around the world.[21] Now that Detective conan is hitting its milestone of 1000 episodes I thought I would give thoughts to my top (scariest/creapist) cases on Detective conan, Since there has been so many cases It was so hard to find the right ones. After a case involving Heji, Conan and the detective boys Ayumi, Genta and Mitsuhiko head to the library to research on a book report. When conan notices that something is off with some books, the library manager takes it from him before he can take a proper look. Shortly after Megure arrives at the libary the boys go to investigate, Megure asks about a missing clerk that failed to come home the day before last and that he never called his wife before leaving work. Megure thinks that he was attacked while at work so the police start to investigate, they find nothing and head out, Conan and the dectective boys beleive something is up so they end up staying after hours to find out what. The detective boys and Professor Agasa head camping when they arrive, The professor realises he forgot the tents, They go wondering when they notice a castle in the distance, heading over they end up being allowed to stay the night by Mitsturu Mamiya. Ai is now left with Genta, Mitsuhiko and Ayumi to find the missing Professor and Conan, but as they investigate, each of them are picked off one by one, which of the family members left is picking them off one by one and for what reason? Kazuha and Heji are lost in the mountains after Heji, teasing Kazuha about having to camp in the forest, they come across a photographer who says something weird, they freak out causing them to walk slowly away, the man introduces himself as Robert san, and he is American and he is also lost. As a truck goes by Heji gets their attention by throwing his bike helmet at it, the truck comes back and Mori and the gang realise who they are, heading over to the house Conan asks why there here when Mori gloats that he had been summond by the same man Nobukazu Takeda for a case and had paid him half before coming to the mansion When they arrive they are told there had been multiple hanging suicides in the past, The head of the House Nobukazu turns up and in private, he tells Mori the reason he had been summoned because he thought that someone had murdered them instead of suicide. Dinner starts and everyone then goes there seperate ways Kazuha and ran go with robert-san to a grave, the others do something within the compound, When Yuzo starts yelling for his brother who isnt where he was supposed to be everyone goes looking Meanwhile, Ran cant find her charger which is in a pouch, the girls go searching for it with a pen light Kazhua has, while searching Kazhua finds out the pouch was given to Ran by Shinichi so Kazuha agrees to keep on searching when the batteries almost go out and Ran goes to get spares within that time, Someone is nearby with a stun gun. When they arrives even though the girls are very strong and both of them are trained in a marital arts they both get scared at the mention of Vampries, Heji trys to twist it to something else and they beleive him. As a Joke when dinner arrives, Jouhei asks them to go and get the eldest of the family, Hakuya Torakura, when they walk into the room they find a coffin at the middle of the room, they realize that the family just wanted to scare them, but when they open up the coffin they find Hakuya dead, dressed as a vampire with a stake through his heart Hello there! You know, I've actually just been thinking about editing some GIFsets of my recommended/favorite episodes for each season! It's information I wanted to include in a series of seasonal write-ups for the show, but since I was feeling like I'd never complete those, I thought the GIFs might be a nice alternative. Not sure if either the write-ups or the GIFs will ever really happen, but I'd love to share a few standouts now, thank you! I'll just note that there's a lot I haven't seen yet; I'm only on Season 14 right now and have watched very little beyond that point. So, most anything I can recommend will be pretty limited to the earlier half of the show. Also, I wouldn't particularly consider myself a mystery fan! If you're looking for cases with especially clever tricks or phenomenal detective writing, I wouldn't be able to tell you. This list is more about charming character interactions, main plot development, and emotional resonance. ? The first 12 or so episodes. I think these are generally all pretty solid, even the ones that aren't at all relevant to the overarching story (like Episode 8, "The Murder of the Art Museum Owner") and the literal anime-only filler that is Episode 6, "The Valentine Murder Case." In many ways, Detective Conan isn't my type of show in the slightest, but every one of these stories exemplifies why I like it so much anyway. The interactions between characters are fun, the scenarios can get so ridiculous that they make me laugh, but I also genuinely feel an emotional connection to the events that are occurring, too. I don't know if I'd single out any one of these episodes as an absolute fave per se, but they are all classics that I like to revisit. ? Episode 36, "The Monday, 7:30 P.M. Murder Case." I feel obligated to list this one because, well, I wrote a 4,000-word essay about it. Yes, my longest essay for this show is really about an anime-only filler. But I like the central conflict here and the questions it raises. It's an episode I've clearly thought about a lot. ? Episode 54, "The Game Company Murder Case." Just a solid story dealing with the main plot. I admittedly get a little (or maybe a lot) lost in the actual case, but I love the sense of tension here, and the ending scene is one of the most affecting moments of the series for me. «link» cc7c31b456 ellywal

21:01-- Host_4268: Hi. So a singer has asked me if I can carry on editing their music video for them, lip-syncing, transitions, titles etc to give it a more professional look. They've done most of the work in iMovie on their Macbook. I use Premiere Pro on Windows. Is there anything that they can do at their end, convert it etc to keep all the editing layers in tact for me to open in Premiere Pro and start off where they left? Hope somebody can help me!! It's not simple, but you may be able to make this work the way I did a few years ago but most of the process requires working on a mac. You can bring an imovie project in to fcpX (I think there's a free trial). from there you can export an xml. you can then import the xml into davinci resolve (there's a free version) and then you can export an xml from resolve that will import into premiere. I had no luck bringing the xml from fpcx directly into premiere but import and export out of resolve It's not simple, but you may be able to make this work the way I did a few years ago but most of the process requires working on a mac. I had no luck bringing the xml from fpcx directly into premiere but import and export out of resolve did work. Linking to the media may be a little tricky but should be doable... There's a program that will allow you to read a macosextended drive on a windows machine and a program from the same people that will allow a mac to read and right to a windows drive. Not sure how that will work with the newer mac partition scheme... This is the company that makes both of them. -software.com/us/main-page/. Might be simpler just to bring it into fcpX and figure out a way to generate a timecode window that reflects the source timecode and rebuild it in premiere... I've seen lots of comments elsewhere that reccomend importing an XML file. What I did, because I didn't want to download any other application, was I put a bunch of short black dividers (Titles with just a ".") in iMovie, and then I just looked for those on Premiere. But I had to split all the clips again. I'll never start another project on iMovie again. As far as keeping all of the editing intact goes, it really depends on the complexity of the edit. The video clips used along with order in which they were assembled should come across okay. Everything else (Transitions, Effects, Graphics, Color Correction) probably will not. The imovie object displays a video within a single UI object in a Max patch. To detect when the movie has ended, use the getduration message to determine the movie's duration, then use the gettime message to monitor the current time of the video as it plays. In this example, we use the grab object to get the duration once and store it in other objects (select and >=). I am very happy with our experience so far with Varsity Tutors. 20:58-- Host_4196: In this video, potter Jack Doherty takes us step-by-step through the processes he uses to throw a large porcelain bowl at his studio in Cornwall, which he then soda-fires in a gas kiln. Discover how Jack makes and fires his work in the full step-by-step masterclass inside CR 300 (November/December 2019) I finished my ceramics training in Belfast in 1971 and have worked as a potter for almost 50 years. Someone recently mentioned to me that it is unusual these days for someone to spend their working life in the same job. While making pots has always been at the core of my life, ceramics has given me many opportunities beyond the studio. To learn new things, to travel and teach, and to be involved in projects that have created new opportunities for makers to promote and sell their work. I was Chair of the Craft Potters Association (CPA) for a total of 12 years and was involved with the first CPA fair in Cheltenham and one of the small team who helped establish Earth and Fire at Rufford. I was a founder member and Chair of the Ceramic Art London organising committee. At that time, I felt very conscious of the need for a fresh platform to celebrate the expanding range of contemporary ceramics. A highlight of that period was my year as guest editor of Ceramic Review. In November 2019, I will be leading the first International Soda-firing Ceramics Festival at Fuping in Shaanxi, China. My work life (I refuse to call it a career) has for years been on a geographical downward direction. It started at the top of the map of the British Isles, I was born on the north coast of Northern Ireland, but have gradually slipped south via Kilkenny, Armagh and Herefordshire to Cornwall. I went to St Ives as the first lead potter and creative director at the refurbished Leach Pottery. I now live and work in Mousehole, Cornwall. Over time, my making process has become simpler. Porcelain clay, copper and a single firing with sodium bicarbonate are self-imposed limitations that have in many ways provided a wealth of colour and surface quality. I have found working with fewer ingredients is not restricting but means I have to use them more thoughtfully, finding new colours with layers of the same slip. Learning about the changes to the surface and colour that varying the kiln atmosphere or firing the kiln half a cone higher or lower will make. Everything I make has a domestic context in one way or another. The pots I admire the most are pieces that have often been made for a specific and sometimes mundane purpose. However, through their connection with people and being made using a magical combination of materials, extraordinary skill and chance, they have become objects with emotional and spiritual value. For me, the truest form of ceramic art. For as long as I can remember loving ceramics I can remember Ceramic Review. Offering an insight into the very best of the contemporary scene, as well as engaging accounts of potters of the past, Ceramic Review is an indispensable reference source to students, scholars and enthusiasts, that pays tribute to the versatility and universality of the medium of clay. It was a wonderful opportunity to be included in Ceramic Review and share my knowledge and experience with such a wide audience. I first came across Ceramic Review over 30 years ago when working with Robin Welch in Suffolk. It is an important publication and is extremely supportive of the ceramics community. The first couple of videos are an introduction to the course as well as a short discussion on tackle. Hopefully you can find time to practise the skills that follow - be sure to get involved and post any questions on our discussion forums. This week Ashly is joining me for four days of Jungle Fishing. My outboard has been playing up and was at the doctors all last week. Hopefully the problem is resolved now - I'll know later today. It's been frustrating not being able to drive flat-out down the lake and seriously curtailed last week's fishing - particularly since Bernd is still fishing every day! Here in the jungle the Wet Season is closing in fast with evening downpours most evenings. However the lake level is still dropping and is at its lowest level since last year. Low level is good for Snakehead fishing, rain isn't! This is believe is because rain oxygenates the water and the Snakehead don't need to rise so frequently - but that's just my theory. A big thank you to all of our Hot Torpedo customers for keeping us alive and busy. This week I shall be playing with the T27 RAMPAGE! It will be an interesting rod to fish! In case you missed last week's news, all competition entries in this final quarter receive a Sexyloops Stealth Master Shirt. I'm looking forward to you entries. Email them to me at paul@sexyloops.com Paul Arden is the fly rod designer for Sexyloops and has been fly fishing for over 35 years and teaching fly fishing and fly casting for more than 20 years. I grew up in rural Hertfordshire, surrounded by fields of wheat and old thatched cottages. My childhood was spent roaming the countryside, watching deer and rabbits in the garden and studying the quiet lives of woodlice and snails. Indoors, I loved to draw, paint and lose myself in storybooks full of magic and adventure. My studio was a converted piggery, overlooking the rolling hills of patchwork farmland. Exploring the valley, I discovered a stream with exposed banks of clay. I could collect it, pull out any stones, throw with it on the wheel and fire it successfully. This discovery marked the start of my wild clay journey. I later settled in a small village on Dartmoor, where I now work from an old stone barn. Alongside my electric kiln, I f ire with gas and wood at nearby Kigbeare Studios, where I have become part of a local pottery community. Wild clay continues to shape my work and I have collected it from across Devon and beyond. I am drawn to wild clay for the way I feel connected to the land. I love the sense of being part of a creative continuum of pottery that stretches back thousands of years. Combining this ancient tradition with illustrative, story telling decorations inspired by my surroundings, grounds my work in the present. In this masterclass, I will show how I collect and test wild clay to determine its suitability for throwing and firing. I will also demonstrate my decorating process, using stencils and wild clay slips of contrasting clays to create surfaces that tell a story. finally I finished my first part of the Octatrack Masterclass Video Course (in german), which covers the basics (static machine, sequencing, parts, scenes, working with (loooong) samples, perfoming tricks, djing stems and so on). It has a duration of 6 hours -lernkurs.de/elektron-octatrack-masterclass-teil-1-grundlagen.html Part 2 - 4 are covering the rest (Sampling with Flex/Pickup, MIDI Sequencer & Remote, working with FX and so on) and will be released later (july, august). I recorded most of them, but it has to be edited and stuff like that. «link» cc7c31b456 verkafe

20:50-- Host_4619: Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite (or Dionysius the Pseudo-Areopagite) was a Greek[1] author, Christian theologian and Neoplatonic philosopher of the late 5th to early 6th century, who wrote a set of works known as the Corpus Areopagiticum or Corpus Dionysiacum. Through his writing in Mystical Theology, he has been identified as the "progenitor of apophatic or negative theology."[2] The author pseudepigraphically identifies himself in the corpus as "Dionysios", portraying himself as Dionysius the Areopagite, the Athenian convert of Paul the Apostle mentioned in Acts 17:34.[3][4][note 1] In the early sixth century, a series of writings of a mystical nature, employing Neoplatonic language to elucidate Christian theological and mystical ideas, was ascribed to the Areopagite.[5] They have long been recognized as pseudepigrapha,[citation needed] and their author is now called "Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite". Seven other works are mentioned repeatedly by pseudo-Dionysius in his surviving works, and are presumed either to be lost[8] or to be fictional works mentioned by the Areopagite as a literary device to give the impression to his sixth-century readers of engaging with the surviving fragments of a much larger first-century corpus of writings.[9] These seven other works are: Another widely cited latest date for Dionysius' writing comes in 532, when, in a report on a colloquy held between two groups (dyophysite and miaphysite) debating the decrees of the Council of Chalcedon, Severus of Antioch and his miaphysite supporters cited Dionysius' Fourth Letter in defence of their view.[12] It is possible that pseudo-Dionysius was himself a member of this group, though debate continues over whether his writings do in fact reveal a miaphysite understanding of Christ.[13] It seems likely that the writer was located in Syria, as revealed, for example, by the accounts of the sacramental rites he gives in The Ecclesiastical Hierarchy, which seem only to bear resemblance to Syriac rites.[14] The author pseudonymously identifies himself in the corpus as "Dionysios", portraying himself as the figure of Dionysius the Areopagite, the Athenian convert of Paul the Apostle mentioned in Acts 17:34.[15][note 1] Various legends existed surrounding the figure of Dionysius, who became emblematic of the spread of the gospel to the Greek world. A tradition quickly arose that he became the first bishop of Cyprus or of Milan, or that he was the author of the Epistle to the Hebrews; according to Eusebius, he was also said to be the first bishop of Athens. It is therefore not surprising that that author of these works would have chosen to adopt the name of this otherwise briefly mentioned figure.[16] The authorship of the Dionysian Corpus was initially disputed; Severus and his party affirmed its apostolic dating, largely because it seemed to agree with their Christology. This dating was disputed by Hypatius of Ephesus, who met the monophysite party during the 532 meeting with Emperor Justinian I; Hypatius denied its authenticity on the ground that none of the Fathers or Councils ever cited or referred to it. Hypatius condemned it along with the Apollinarian texts, distributed during the Nestorian controversy under the names of Pope Julius and Athanasius, which the monophysites entered as evidence supporting their position.[17] The Florentine humanist Lorenzo Valla (d. 1457), in his 1457 commentaries on the New Testament, did much to establish that the author of the Corpus Areopagiticum could not have been St. Paul's convert, though he was unable to identify the actual historical author. William Grocyn pursued Valla's lines of textual criticism, and Valla's critical viewpoint of the authorship of the highly influential Corpus was accepted and publicized by Erasmus from 1504 onward, for which he was criticized by Catholic theologians. In the Leipzig disputation with Martin Luther, in 1519, Johann Eck used the Corpus, specifically the Angelic Hierarchy, as argument for the apostolic origin of papal supremacy, pressing the Platonist analogy, "as above, so below". During the 19th century Catholic historians too came generally to accept that the author must have lived after the time of Proclus. The author became known as 'Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite' only after the philological work of J. Stiglmayr and H. Koch, whose papers, published independently in 1895, demonstrated the thoroughgoing dependence of the Corpus upon Proclus.[20] Both showed that Dionysius had used, in his treatise on evil in Chapter 4 of The Divine Names, the De malorum subsistentia of Proclus. ... a pupil of Proclus, perhaps of Syrian origin, who knew enough of Platonism and the Christian tradition to transform them both. Since Proclus died in 485, and since the first clear citation of Dionysius' works is by Severus of Antioch between 518 and 528, then we can place Dionysius' authorship between 485 and 518-28.[note 4] Ronald Hathaway provides a table listing most of the major identifications of Dionysius: e.g., Ammonius Saccas, Pope Dionysius of Alexandria, Peter the Fuller, Dionysius the Scholastic, Severus of Antioch, Sergius of Reshaina, unnamed Christian followers of everyone from Origen to Basil of Caesarea, Eutyches to Proclus.[21] In the past half-century, Alexander Golitzin, Georgian academician Shalva Nutsubidze and Belgian professor Ernest Honigmann have all proposed identifying pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite with Peter the Iberian.[22] A more recent identification is with Damascius, the last scholarch of the Neoplatonic Academy of Athens.[23] There is therefore no current scholarly consensus on the question of pseudo-Dionysius' identification. It must also be recognized that "forgery" is a modern notion. Like Plotinus and the Cappadocian Fathers before him, Dionysius does not claim to be an innovator, but rather a communicator of a tradition.[note 4] Others scholars such as Bart D. Ehrman disagree, see for example Forged. While pseudo-Dionysius can be seen as a communicator of tradition, he can also be seen as a polemicist, who tried to alter Neo-Platonic tradition in a novel way for the Christian world that would make notions of complicated Divine Hierarchies more of an emphasis than notions of direct relationship with the figure of Christ as Mediator.[25] Dionysius attributed his inspiration to pseudo-Hierotheus, professing that he was writing to popularize the teachings of his master.[45] Pseudo-Hierotheus was the author of "The book of Hierotheus on the hidden mysteries of the house of God". Pseudo-Hierotheus is believed to be the fifth century Syrian monk Stephen Bar Sudhaile,[46][47] a pantheistic writer. The works of Dionysius are mystical, and show strong Neoplatonic influence. For example, he uses Plotinus' well-known analogy of a sculptor cutting away that which does not enhance the desired image, and shows familiarity with Proclus. He also shows influence from Clement of Alexandria, the Cappadocian Fathers, Origen, and others. According to pseudo-Dionysius, God is better characterized and approached by negations than by affirmations.[7] All names and theological representations must be negated. According to pseudo-Dionysius, when all names are negated, "divine silence, darkness, and unknowing" will follow.[7] The Dionysian writings and their mystical teaching were universally accepted throughout the East, amongst both Chalcedonians and non-Chalcedonians. Gregory Palamas, for example, in referring to these writings, calls the author, "an unerring beholder of divine things". The Corpus is also present in Syriac and Armenian versions, the former of which, by Sergius of Reshaina in the early sixth century, serves as a terminus ante quem for the dating of the original Greek. The real influence of Dionysius in the West began with the gift in 827 of a Greek copy of his works by the Byzantine emperor Michael II to the Carolingian emperor Louis the Pious. King Louis in turn gave the manuscript to the Abbey of St. Denis near Paris[53] where, in about 838, Dionysius' works were translated into Latin for the first time by Hilduin, abbot of the monastery. It may well have been Hilduin himself who promoted his work (and his abbey) by developing the legend (which would be widely accepted during subsequent centuries), that Denis was the same person as Dionysius the Areopagite of Acts 17.34, and that he had traveled to Rome and then was commissioned by the Pope to preach in Gaul, where he was martyred.[54] Hilduin's translation is almost unintelligible.[53] About twenty years later, a subsequent Carolingian Emperor, Charles the Bald, requested the Irishman John Scotus Eriugena to make a fresh translation. He finished this in 862.[53] This translation itself did not widely circulate in subsequent centuries. Moreover, although Eriugena's own works, such as the Homily on the Prologue of St John, show the influence of Dionysian ideas, these works were not widely copied or read in subsequent centuries.[53] The Benedictine monasticism that formed the standard monasticism of the eighth to eleventh centuries, therefore, in general paid little attention to Dionysius. During the thirteenth century, the Franciscan Robert Grosseteste made an important contribution by bringing out between 1240 and 1243 a translation, with commentary, of the Dionysian corpus.[53] Soon after, the Dominican Albertus Magnus did likewise. The thirteenth-century Parisian corpus provided an important reference point by combining the "Old Translation" of John Scotus Eriugena with the "New Translation" of John Sarrazin, along with glosses and scholia by Maximus the Confessor, John of Scythopolis and others, as well as the "Extracts" by Thomas Gallus, and several commentaries such as John Scotus Eriugena, John Sarrazin and Hugh of Saint Victor on The Celestial Hierarchy.[57] It quickly became common to make reference to Dionysius. Thomas Aquinas wrote an explanation for several works, and cites him over 1700 times.[58] Bonaventure called him the "prince of mystics".[citation needed] «link» cc7c31b456 latholl
The New York Review of Books Le schegge ci ricorda come l'autore di American Psycho faccia ancora scuola a s. «link» cc7c31b456 gengayt

20:44-- Host_6852: "Satisfaction" is a song by Italian DJ Benny Benassi. It was released in Italy in June 2002 as the lead single from his album Hypnotica. Using MacinTalk, the song's vocals consist of two speech synthesizers, one male and one female, repeatedly saying "Push me and then just touch me till I can get my satisfaction". The track was Benassi's debut single and most successful song, peaking at number two in the United Kingdom and earning a gold certification in Australia, Belgium, France, and the United States. As of August 2014, it was the 54th best-selling single of the 21st century in France, with 382,000 units sold.[2] The first version of the music video features the three men and the woman on the cover of Hypnotica. It consists of one three-second take of the four people turning to face the camera and smile, played in slow-motion to match the length of the song. Overlaid are various animations including close-up pictures of the lips of a man and a woman singing along to the song. This music video was barely played on music channels, although in some countries, it replaced the "construction" version. The second version of the music video features women in skimpy construction outfits. The video plays almost as a musical advertisement for a variety of power tools. All are used in a sexual manner. This version was mainly relegated to nighttime hours. It stars British lad mag models Jerri Byrne, Thekla Roth, Lena Stokes and Natasha Mealey, and American Playboy Playmate Suzanne Stokes.[6] In late 2017, cadets at Russia's Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation marked the end of their term by making a parody of the video that drew on a similar parody four years earlier by British soldiers.[10] Wearing just their uniform caps and ties, belts worn around their shoulders, underwear (with the crotches stuffed) and black boots, the cadets twerked, gyrated suggestively, performed maintenance tasks and cleanup in a fashion similar to the video as the cameraman moved from one to the other in their dormitory. The video, which soon went viral, had strong homoerotic elements and suggestions of BDSM culture.[10] Officials at the institute, described as the oldest and most prestigious pilot training school in Russia, were furious, particularly since the cadets had used school property and worn their uniform caps. Sergey Krasov, the institute's director, said: "If they had joked like that at home, nobody would have batted an eyelid."[11] Shortly after the video became a subject of national discussion,[12] the Federal Air Transport Agency convened a commission to investigate the video and identify the cadets, believed to be in their first year at the institute, who had made it. "Frivolous dances in underwear with the uniform cap of the Institute covering the face on the grounds of the aviation university are unacceptable" the agency said. Any cadets it found to be involved could face expulsion.[13] "Satisfaction" is credited for playing a pivotal role in shaping the electronic music scene and solidifying Benny Benassi's status as a leading figure in the genre. The song's success opened doors for both Benassi and the genre as a whole, bringing electronic music further into the mainstream and gaining recognition from a broader audience.[14] "Satisfaction" is also considered to be the forerunner of electro house that brought the genre into the mainstream.[3] If there is a dispute about the amount owed for a judgment, records proving who has paid for what and how much will be very important. The history of a judgment is impossible to recreate from memory. That's why it is important to keep contemporaneous records of transactions. The court will have a copy of the judgment, and the parties should keep their copies too. The parties should also keep records of all other transactions related to the judgment. The parties should keep the receipt and/or a copy of the check when the creditor pays a cost that can be recovered from the debtor-such as attorney fees, if authorized, or the fee to apply for a writ of garnishment or a writ of execution, or the fee to serve the writ, or the fee paid to a garnishee. The parties should also keep the receipt and/or a copy of the check when the debtor or the debtor's insurance provider pays an amount toward the judgment. Similarly, the parties should keep the receipt and/or a copy of the check when a garnishee withholds wages or other money from the debtor, or when the creditor receives the proceeds of a sheriff's sale, or when the debtor forfeits bail to the creditor. When moving to renew a judgment, the creditor will have to prove the amount due, including the amount of the judgment, the amount of post-judgment interest, the collection costs, attorney fees, if they are authorized, and the amount that the debtor has paid. When moving to satisfy a judgment, the debtor will have to prove these things. And each party with have a chance to dispute the other party's accounting. Testimony or an affidavit from the creditor or debtor is evidence of the amount due, but contemporaneous written records are more reliable. If the parties have a contract that establishes a post-judgment interest rate, that rate will be applied to the original judgment and any renewal of it. Under Utah Code Section 15-1-4, other civil judgments bear interest at two percent more than the federal interest rate for the year in which the judgment was entered, and they keep that rate for the life of the judgment, even if the federal rate changes in the meantime. An order renewing the judgment is a new judgment, and the post-judgment interest on the new judgment will be determined by the year in which the new judgment is effective, unless there is a contract establishing a different amount. For more information on the post-judgment interest rate for a year since 1993, see our webpage on Post Judgment Interest Rates. "Satisfaction of a judgment," which is governed by URCP 58B, means that the debtor has paid the entire amount of the judgment and all accumulated fees, costs and interest, or that the creditor has decided not to pursue further collection efforts. Filing a partial satisfaction with the court is permitted, but it is seldom done. Partial satisfaction means that part, but not all, of the judgment has been paid. Satisfaction of a judgment means that the judgment is no longer a lien on the debtor's real property. The courts cannot control the actions of third parties, but usually, the fact of satisfaction is recorded by the major credit reporting agencies and included in the debtor's credit history. If the debtor has paid the judgment and all accumulated fees, costs and interest, the creditor is required to file an acknowledgment of satisfaction in the court that entered the original judgment and serve a copy on the debtor. This tells the court that the case is finished. If the creditor files an acknowledgment, the court will record it without further proceedings. If the original judgment creditor has sold or assigned the judgment to a third party, that third party steps into the shoes of the original judgment creditor for collection purposes. It is that third party who is required to file the acknowledgement. If the creditor does not file an acknowledgement of satisfaction, the debtor can file a motion for an order declaring that the judgment is satisfied. The debtor must file the motion in the court that entered the original judgment and serve a copy on the creditor. As part of the motion, the debtor must provide proof, such as receipts, statements or canceled checks, that the judgment has been paid. Because the motion is filed by the debtor, the court must give the creditor an opportunity to respond. If the motion is granted, the court will record the satisfaction. The procedures for motions are governed by URCP 7. The forms for filing a motion are in the Forms section below, but for more information about motion procedures, see our webpage on Motions. Many times the judgment creditor will have filed a judgment entered by one court in another court or in another governmental agency, such as the county recorder. Each of those filings is an independent record of the judgment, and the judgment debtor must present proof of the satisfaction to the other courts or agencies. The debtor may need to provide to those other courts and agencies a certificate from the original court that the judgment has been satisfied. A certificate can be issued only after the satisfaction, whether by acknowledgement or motion, has been recorded in the original court. Methods: Between October 2012 and March 2013, the American Society of Clinical Oncology conducted a survey of US oncologists evaluating burnout and career satisfaction. The survey sample included equal numbers of men and women and represented all career stages. Conclusion: Overall career satisfaction is high among US oncologists, albeit lower for those in PP relative to AP. Burnout rates among oncologists seem similar to those described in recent studies of US physicians in general. Those oncologists who devote the greatest amount of their professional time to patient care seem to be at greatest risk for burnout. Background: Family satisfaction with end-of-life care in the ICU has not previously been systematically reviewed. Our objective was to perform a review, synthesizing published data identifying factors associated with family satisfaction with end-of-life care in critically ill adult populations. «link» cc7c31b456 goupans
20:40-- Host_5893: Human is the fifth studio album by American singer Brandy. It was released by Epic Records, Knockout Entertainment and Koch Records on December 5, 2008. The album marked her debut Epic Records release, following her split with Atlantic Records in 2005, and her reunion with longtime collaborator and mentor Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, who executively produced and wrote most of the album with his songwriting collective. In June 2004, Brandy released her fourth studio album Afrodisiac, amidst the well-publicized termination of her short-lived business relationship with record executive and entertainment manager Benny Medina.[3] Brandy ended her contract with his Los Angeles-based Handprint Entertainment after less than a year of representation following controversies surrounding Medina's handling of the lead single "Talk About Our Love", and failed negotiations of a purported co-headlining tour with fellow R&B singer Usher.[3] Despite the negative publicity, Afrodisiac emerged as Brandy's most critically acclaimed album by then, but became a moderate seller on most music markets.[4] The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 albums chart but while it went on to sell more than 416,000 copies in the United States,[5] it generally failed to chart or sell noticeably elsewhere.[6] Kanye West-produced "Talk About Our Love" reached number six on the UK Singles Chart but later singles such as "Afrodisiac" and "Who Is She 2 U" failed to score successfully on the popular music charts and promotion for the album soon ended.[7] At the end of 2004, after eleven years with the company, Brandy asked for and received an unconditional release from her original label Atlantic Records.[8] By the time her contract expired, several of her longtime patrons such as music producer Darryl Williams and industry executive Sylvia Rhone had left the company and Brandy felt mismanaged by her new team of which she found was "looking more towards the hip-hop artists" on the label and "didn't know what to do with [her]."[7] Completing her contract with Atlantic Records, a compilation album compiling her first four studio albums with the company, entitled The Best of Brandy, was released in March 2005.[6] Thereupon, Brandy reportedly started shopping for a new record deal under Knockout Entertainment, her brother's Ray J's vanity label, which would co-venture her subsequent releases, including her fifth album, which she started recording independently.[9] Brandy originally began recording her fifth studio album in 2005.[10] Breaking away from her usual formula which saw her setting up projects with former main producers such as Keith Crouch, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins and Timbaland, she entered the studio with several songwriters and producers to record new music, including Louis Winding and Frederik Tao from Danish production team Maximum Risk.[10] The duo produced several songs for Brandy, including both "Honey" and "Sweet Nothings," all of which were penned by frequent collaborator Kenisha Pratt.[10] Over the following months, Brandy continued recording contract-free with a vast of producers such as Rockwilder and production duo Tim & Bob who finished several demos with her.[11][12] Her new management also arranged further recording sessions with fellow client Bryan Michael Cox and his production partners Adonis Shropshire, Eric Hudson and WyldCard at the Track Record Studios in North Hollywood.[13] Supposed to produce her whole album at the time,[13] tentatively titled "Sweet Nothings", they worked on a number of ballads and midtempo songs reminiscent of their other productions, including a song called "Make Me Cry."[14] In June 2006, Cox announced that he would serve as the album's executive producer,[1] but direction changes resulting from additional sessions left his songs unused.[14] In December 2006, Brandy was involved in a fatal automobile accident on Los Angeles' San Diego (405) Freeway.[15] The accident claimed the life of the 38-year-old driver of a Toyota that was struck by Brandy's Range Rover.[15] Brandy was neither arrested nor charged with vehicular manslaughter due to insufficient evidence.[15] Nevertheless, multiple lawsuits were filed against her, all of which were ultimately settled out of court by her civil attorney.[16] Posing an extraordinary hardship for Brandy and her family, she stepped down from her role as a judge on the second season of the amateur talent contest America's Got Talent and went into hiatus.[17] Expanding on dealing with the aftermath of the tragedy, Brandy explained, "I just wanted people to know that this wasn't news. It's not something that should be talked about like it's gossip. You don't like me? Fine. But don't use this situation to try to hurt me, because the guilt of being involved is enough. It's something that I'll never truly, truly get over."[18] While the accident put a halt on the album's production, Brandy soon resumed recording which she found to be therapeutic: "I had to face it and find the strength to move forward. Connecting back with music has definitely helped me through everything. Once I got back in the studio, the butterflies went away."[19] With the album being revamped completely,[14] other musicians joined the project, including Midi Mafia, RedOne, Toby Gad, Frank Ocean, Blac Elvis,[20] and Brian Kennedy,[21] the latter of which was consulted to replace Cox as the album's executive producer.[22] Together, they crafted a bunch of new songs, including "Freedom", "One Thing" and "Today" which Brandy later described as sounding "more true to the sound" of the original, now-abandoned "Sweet Nothings" project which she had initially envisioned for her fifth album.[10] However, in early 2008, her A&R manager, Brandon Creed, presented Brandy several demo tracks that were produced by Rodney Jerkins, including "Right Here (Departed)".[23] Her former main producer on previous albums such as Never Say Never (1998) and Full Moon (2002), Jerkins hadn't worked with Brandy since 2002, due to conflicting schedules and a disagreement on her decision to work with Timbaland on Afrodisiac in 2003.[24] Again, the album was reconstructed, with Jerkins taking over executive duties.[1] On her decision to collaborate with Jerkins, Brandy commented: "With Rodney being the person who produced [the first single], I, of course, wanted to go from there because of our history and all the music we have made in the past. It felt like the right thing to do [...] I wanted to see where that chemistry would take us creatively this time round."[25] With Jerkins on board, providing the bulk of Human, the sound of the album shifted drastically, with Brandy and her team abandoning most R&B records in favor of his international pop sounds.[1] Brandy signed a new record deal with Epic Records in April 2008 and intended to finish the album by September of the same year.[26] Additionally, she worked with producers Timbaland,[27] Rico Love,[21] Rob Knox,[28] The Clutch,[29] and songwriters Chasity Nwagbara,[21] Kara DioGuardi,[30] and Greg Curtis on Human,[31] although their songs were ultimately left off the final project.[21] Further studio collaborations with Kerry "Krucial" Brothers, Missy Elliott, Yung Berg, and Tonex, by contrast, failed to materialize due to scheduling conflicts.[32][33][34] Introduced by the words of Brandy's description of a human being on "Human Intro", the album opens with Jerkins-crafted "The Definition", one of the few uptempo recordings on the album.[35] Written by Atlanta-based songwriter Crystal Johnson, the song depicts Brandy rhapsodizing about love.[35] It received generally mixed reviews, with The Boston Globe emphasizing it the most essential track on Human.[35] "Warm It Up (With Love)", another Darkchild production, was created around a piano sample and released to strong positive reactions.[36] Highlighted by AllMusic and Slant Magazine,[36] Newsday writer Glenn Gamboa noted it as "guiding principle" on the album.[37] Lead single "Right Here (Departed)" was not recorded until late into the production of Human and the first song Brandy recorded with Jerkins following their musical reunification in early June 2008.[23] Written by The Writing Camp and recorded with therapeutical background, the track chronicles a woman's talks about mutual support with loved ones.[38][27] Fifth track "Piano Man" was recorded as an ode to the kind of creative relationship cultivated by a vocalist and their producer or DJ.[38][39] "Long Distance", a ballad about the difficulties of a long-distance relationship, was released to positive reactions by critics, with The New York Times calling it an "hymnlike single that distantly echoes Janet Jackson's "Again."[40] Eighth track "Camouflage", one out of two songs on the album that were written by songwriter Claude Kelly, garnered strong reviews in general, with Newsday declaring it a "worthy cousin to Beyonc's "Irreplaceable" that [is] more about esteem-raising and self-improvement than a search for a sassy put-down."[37] "Torn Down", a joint production by Midi Mafia and Dapo Torimiro, was one of the few prominent Human features on the set list of Brandy's Human World Tour (2009). Incorporating elements of country music, critics noted it a "resolute, crisp mix of static synths, acoustic guitar, and hand claps."[35] Brandy wrote the album's title track with help from producer Toby Gad and Canadian singer Esthero. A "silky R&B anthem" as described by Newsday,[37] the ballad deals with forgiveness.[38] "Shattered Heart" is a downbeat track, that incorporates elements of Middle Eastern music and changes its tempo after three minutes. It has been described as the only "Timbo-esque" record on Human.[39] The album's twelfth track, a piano-driven ballad entitled "True", was contributed by RedOne and Claude Kelly and initially written for Michael Jackson.[41] The song was rearranged and partially rewritten to fit Brandy's persona.[41] It was released to positive reviews by critics, who noted it one of the stronger tracks on Human.[35] "A Capella (Something's Missing)", produced by Soundz, is a near-a cappella song on which Brandy provides "a polyphonic cyberchorus" with multiple tracks of her own voice.[42] Humming the bassline and providing the rhythm, the instrumentation on the track consists of a sole electric guitar.[40] Hand-clap-laden uptempo recording "1st & Love", the album's fourteenth track, depicts a woman's euphoria with a new-found love at first sight and was discussed as the third single at times.[25] Final track "Fall," another piano ballad, was co-written by labelmate Natasha Bedingfield. As reported, Brandy and Bedingfield were forced to move their first joint recording session from Atlanta to Los Angeles as singer Chris Brown and his entourage crashed into the studio, where they "blasted Brown's songs and horsed around."[43] «link» cc7c31b456 keygess

However, it is possible that such predicted features may not make it to a public release. Based on the strings above, it appears Pointer Mode will use gesture controls like wrist and finger movements. It sounds somewhat reminiscent of the gesture controls used for the Vision Pro and Apple Watch. For example, you would shake your hand to activate pointer mode. Pinching would be how you select a channel, making a fist would send you back to the previous channel you were on, and making a fist twice would take you to Home. Pointer Mode would be a little different than the Wiimote-like feature coming to the SmartThings phone app later this year. That feature provides a touchpad in the phone app, allowing you to control a cursor on the TV. It will also allow you to point your smartphone at the TV for cursor control. There would be no touchpad interface for Pointer Mode. BrainWave offers an innovative way to control your music experience using hand gestures, enhancing convenience and usability.
